My husband and I were talking about names on the drive home one night and we stopped at Wendy's for some chicken nuggets. The word seemed to fit a French Bulldog. When people find out his name, we always get some kind of reaction. Usually a laugh. We love it, its so fitting for our pup. Anyways... just wanted to say Hello!

I was a little apprehensive because Picchu got attacked while on a walk one day by a dog who was off his lead and has been a little dog aggressive (mostly out of fear) since then. But he took to Gerard really well and as it turned out, Gerard is definitely the "alpha" dog. Unfortunately, Picchu came down with Cushing's Disease and is in really bad shape. We're trying to make him as comfortable as possible, but he's not doing well. The good thing about Frenchies is that they're fine by themselves and love company also! I can't imagine living without one! (We had Irish, English and Gordon Setters before this. . .great dogs also, but too much grooming!) Good luck if you purchase another!
