update on Isabel's spine issues

I vistied the site today and I noticed I've been gone a while so I wanted to update you all on Isabel's issues. Originally, Isabel's vet diagnosed her with spina bifida. We took her in after her trainer noticed a slight oddity with her gait and stride. Our vet is somewhat of a frenchie expert and a really nice man, so he didn't do any x-rays or anything (to save us the cost), but he told us he was 85% sure this is what it was, based on his 30+ years of raising and taking care of french bulldogs.… Continue

Hi Sarah, I am so glad you made a comment about my little Louis's picture, because it allowed me to come across your page. Your page has brought me so much joy in knowing that a person can love their pet as much as i love my little Louis, no matter what. I agree with everyone has said, you're not alone, please if you need any help I am more than happy to help you in the best of my ability. I may not know what you're going through with your baby Izze, but i know for sure the love we have for our little friends. You definitely have an adorable baby there. My little Louis would love to meet her one day. O, and i read about your recent post on her spay and eye surgeries. I wish you and her the best of luck, and i hope she'll have a fast recovery. Hang in their Sarah, She's so happy to have you and and i'm sure you are to have her. =] I use to live in Friscoe for a few years, so i know what you mean about being worried about her going up and down the stairs. But from all the things I've read and see on your page, You're a strong person, everything and i know you'll give Izze plenty of love! And that's all that matters!

Hi Sarah and CC! I am glad you joined! Your Isabel is a little doll. We adopted our first Frenchie, Xack at four months of age in December. We were immediately smitten with him and we went back and got his brother, Rich, when he became available in February.
