Frog Dog

Does anyone know if Frenchies actually eat frogs and if it is dangerous...I could not tell but I saw my dog playing with one and then came in with a frothy mouth...It really freaked me out...The vet said it was fine as long it was a normal frog but I was just wondering if anyone had any comments on this in case it happens again!

Frogs are known to emit some poisons but those are special frogs, then there are the ones that when licked make you high. lol So not sure which one he was mouthing around but keep an eye on the frogs in the area and if you see another one again take a photo of it and show it around post it on the site and then we can see what type of frog it was. Then identify it.
