The skin over his nose was so pushed up it looked like it was interfering with his sight,too. I see you have Elmo on Wellness-does the puppy formula have any grain in it? Could be a factor in the skin issues he's having. We put Schmoop on Nature's Balance, it is only potato and duck, and he's doing much better.
