New kitty cat - help!
I have a new roommate who has a cat. The kitty, BeBe (4 years old), pretty much stays upstairs in my roommates room or my guest room. I have a gate at our stairs so Franklin can't go up, it's always been there since my room is on the first floor & he has no reason to be up there. Since BeBe's move-in almost 2 weeks ago Franklin cries and welps whenever someone goes upstairs.
